Seoul, the capital of South Korea, is a large city where modern skyscrapers, state of the art subways, pop culture and temples, old palaces and street vendors coexist. So enjoying Seoul from the observatory will give you another experience. You can see the view of Seoul for a fee, such as 63 Building, Lotte Tower or Namsan observatory but there are also many places where you can see the wonderful view of Seoul for free. Today I would like to introduce you to a free observatory in Seoul.

This building was used as a Seoul city hall for a long time. However, the building was remodeled into a library when the new Seoul city hall building was constructed in the back of this building.

The rooftop garden is located on the 5th floor of this building and has various types of chairs and trees for citizens to rest there. And often cultural events are held here.
